Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of case FIR No. 03/2019 dated 26.05.2019 at PS Tobu, District Mon, Nagaland under sections 302 & 326 of the IPC, Sections 7 & 8 of NSR Act, Sections 10 7 13 of UA(P) Act & Section 3 of ES Act 1908 relating to ambush on 40th Bn Assam Rifles personnel by militants at general area of Ukha Ridge under Tobu PS, District Mon, Nagaland on 25.05.2019 resulting in death of two personnel.
