Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding the registration of a case FIR No. 60/2020 dated 19.02.2020 u/s 489A, 489B, 120B & 34 of IPC at Sahar PS, Mumbai relating to information received by Custom Department, Mumbai Custom, Zone-III, Andheri, Mumbai regarding import of one parcel containing Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) having total face value Rs. 68,000/- (Rs.2000/- x 34 pieces), from Malaysia in the name of "Sangita Kapoor, P-6, Boris Compound, 2nd Floor, Room No. 217, Ram Mandir, Goregaon(West) , Mumbai."
