The Central Government has received information regarding registration of case no. 03/2019-20 dated 03.12.2019 by DRI, Sub Regional Unit, Purnea, Bihar under sections 135(1)(a)(b) of Customs Act, 1962 relating to arrest of one Md. Mumtaj son of Ahmed Khaleel, R/o House No. 66, PO Sothgaon, district Madhubani, Bihar and seizure of High Quality Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) having face value of Rs. 1,90,500/-(95xRs. 2000 & 1xRs 500) from his possession.
