Summary of Allegations

Recovery of Rs. 18,47,667/ - from Shelly Sumi w/o Nikki Sumi (SS Lt. Gen. & Dy. C-in-C , NSCN-K) in district Senapati (Manipur) on 07.04.2017 which was suspected to be carried illegally to GHQ Taga, Myanmar for her husband SS Lt. Gen. Nikki Sumi of banned terrorist organisation NSCN(K). Mrs. Shelly Sumi was suspected to be raising funds for terrorists acts by NSCN(K). Accordingly, a case FIR No. 8(4)2017 dated 07.04.2017 has been registered at PS Senapati u/s 17 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

Present Status of Investigation

The case is under investigation.
