As per GOI. MHA order No. 8/38/2009-NE-I(IS.IV) Dated: 26.07.2012 NIA took over FIR No. 406(9) 10 dated. 25-09-2010 PS- Imphal, Dist- Imphal West, Manipur and re-registered the case on 14/08/2012 at PS NIA, Guwahati as Case RC-03/2012/NIA/GUW U/s 121, 121-A, 117, 124-A, 120-B of IPC, Section 16 &20 of UA (P) Act.

Summary of Allegations

It is learnt from local daily “Naharolgee Thoudang” dated 25-09-2010 that the cadres of the outlawed terrorist organization PLA celebrated its 32nd Raising Day in the midnight of 25-09-2010 within the jurisdiction of Imphal PS by hoisting the Party’s flag and festoon. In a press release the President of RPF (Revolutionary Peoples Front), which is Political Wing of PLA (Peoples Liberation Army) Irengbam Chaoren, made anti-national statements seeking to waging war against the Govt. of India.
