As per GOI, MHA order. No. F/No.11011/38/2012-IS.IV Dated 21.06.2012 NIA has taken over FIR No. 27(1)2012 dated. 10/01/2012 of Police Station:- Imphal, Dist- Imphal West, Manipur and re- registered the case on 25/06/2012 at PS NIA, Guwahati as Case No. RC-02/2012/NIA/GUW u/s 307, 447,427,326,34 of IPC, Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act and Section 16 &20 of UA (P) Act.

Summary of Allegations

The case is registered on the basis of allegation of attempt to murder, criminal trespass, damage and voluntarily causing grievous hurt with common intention conducting activities being a member of terrorist organisation using explosive substances etc.

Present Status of Investigation

Investigation was completed and closure report was filed in the court of NIA Special Court, Imphal, Manipur on 17/10/2013. The Hon’ble Court accepted the closure report and closed the case vide order dated 22.11.2013.
