As per GOI, MHA order No.II.11011/66/2011-IS-IV Dated 01.11.2011, NIA took over the investigation of FIR No.412/2011 dated 28.06.2011 of Basistha PS, Guwahati and registered the case on 24/11/2011 at PS NIA, as case RC-03/2011/NIA/GUW, under section 120B, 121, 121 A of IPC and Section 10 & 13 of UA(P) Act.

Summary of Allegations

The brief fact of the FIR is that Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP), a proscribed terrorist organization as per UA (P) Act 1967 active in Manipur, is involved in a criminal conspiracy to wage war against the country by threatening the unity, integrity, security and sovereignty by way of activities which include murder, maiming and raising funds by extorting money from various Central and State contractors and transporters in Manipur to run their terrorist camps, recruit personnel and impart training for carrying out terrorist acts.
