As per GOI, MHA Oder No. 11011/67/2013-IS.IV dated 27/12/2013, NIA has taken over the investigation of the FIR No. 985/2013 dated 04/11/2013 of Kotwali (Hindpiri) Police Station, Ranchi, Jharkahnd and re- registered the case on 01/11/2013 at PS NIA, New Delhi as Case No. RC-12/2013/NIA/ under section 121, 121A, 120B, 34 of IPC, Section 16,18,20,23 of UA (P) Act, Section 3,4 of Explosive Substances Act and section 17 of Criminal Law.

Summary of Allegations

The accused persons are involved in commission of subversive and anti-national activities by entering into a criminal conspiracy with others and in pursuance to that they had collected explosives and other prohibited articles in concealed manner for the purpose of waging war against the Governement of India.

This case has been merged with the RC-10/2013/NIA-DLI
