As per GOI, MHA order No. F.No.11011/01/2013-IS.IV dated 13th March 2013, NIA took over the investigation of FIR No.115/2012 dated. 26/03/2012 of Aurangabad town Police Station, District Aurangabad, Bihar, and re-registered the case on 19th March 2013 at PS NIA, HQ, New Delhi as Case RC-01/2013/NIA/DLI under sections UA(P) Act - 16/17/18/19/20 & 38, Arms Act - 25(1-AA)/2635, Explosive Substances Act- 4/5 and Criminal Law (A) Act-17.

Present Status of Investigation:

State Police filed charge sheet on 20.09.2012 and Supplementary charge sheet on 02.04.2013 against 03 accused persons before the Hon'ble Court of  CJM, Aurangabad. Supplementary charge-sheet was filed by NIA against 03 accused persons before the NIA Spl. Court, Patna, Bihar on 06.06.2015. Trial is partially completed.
