Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information from the Government of Karnataka that a case was registered as FIR No. 195/2020, dated 12.08.2020, registered at PS, Devarajeevanahalli, Distt Bengaluru City, Karnataka. under sections 143, 147, 307, 436, 353, 332, 333, 427, 504, 506, 149 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public property Act, 1984 and section 2 of Prevention of Karnataka Destruction and Loss of Property Act 1981 and sections 15, 16, 18 and 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, regarding mob attack on Devarajeevanahalli police station with the intention to create panic and terror among the people and society as a whole.
