Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information from the Government of Tamil Nadu regarding the registration of Cr. No. 218/2020 dated 28.05.2020 at Central Crime Branch, Chennai city under section 120B r/w 294(b), 363, 364A , 368 , 370, 384 and 506(i) of IPC relating to complaint filed against one Nafees, a Bangladeshi citizen, who has allegedly indulged in kidnapping and trafficking of an Indian citizen.
