Summary of Allegations

As per FIR No. 17(10)2016 dated 24.10.2016 of PS Ukhrul, District Ukhrul, Manipur on 24.10.2016 at around 12.14 AM unknown miscreants fired two (02) lethod bombs which exploded inside the newly constructed District Hospital building at Hungpung village, Ukhrul district, scheduled to be inaugurated by the HCM Manipur. One police personal received splinter injuries due to explosion of lethod bombs.
