Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information that during investigation in NIA Case No. RC-19/2019/NIA/DLI, it was revealed that in the month of February 2018 accused persons A-1 to A-12 committed dacoity in various places in Bengaluru to raise funds for the cause of JMB in the name of "Maal-e-Ganimat" and the looted gold and money was used for the organizational purposes. In this regard, a case was registered vide FIR No. 109/2018 dated 27.02.2018 at K.R. Puram P.S., Bengaluru, Karnataka under sections 323, 448, 524, 506 and 34 of the IPC.
