The Central Government has received information regarding registration of a case No. 19/2019 dated 02.05.2019 at PS- Purada, District- Gadchiroli, Maharashtra under section 302, 353, 143, 147, 148, 149, 120B and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 5, 28 of Arms Act, sections 4, 5 of Explosive Act, Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act and sections 16, 18, 20, 23 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 relating to killing of 15 QRT personnel and a driver by explosion carried out by Naxals on 01.05.2019.
