Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of case FIR No. 158/2019 dated 09.08.2019 of CCS Hyderabad under sections 370A(2) of the IPC and sections 3, 4, & 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1986 at PS Chatrinaka, Hyderabad, Telangana State relating to arrest of 03 accused persons namely Mohd. Yousuf Kham. Smt. Bithi Begum w/o Mohd. Yusuf Khand and Sojib on 21.04.2019 who were involved in brining Bangladeshi girls from West Bengal and Bangladesh to Hyderabad and forcing them into prostitution and were running the racket from their premises at House No. 18-3-403/1, Baji nagar, Kandikal Gate, Uppuguda, Hyderabad and whereas, 05 such girls were rescued from the spot by police party.

Present Status of Investigation

The case is under investigation.
