As per Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Order No. II-11034/39/2011/IS-IV dated 08/09/2011 National Investigation Agency (NIA) took over the investigation of the FIR No.35/2011 dated 25/05/2011 of Special Cell, Delhi Police, and re-registered the case on 07/09/2011 at NIA Police Station , New Delhi as Case No. RC-10/2011/NIA/DLI Under section 16 of UA (P) Act and section 3, 4 of Explosives Substance Act.

Summary of Allegations

On 25/05/2011 at about 01.20 pm., a low intensity bomb blast occurred near the boundary wall/ footpath, parking area near Gate No. 7 of the Delhi High Court

After the investigation NIA was filed Closure Report on 19/05/2015 Hon’ble Court of Special Judge, NIA, PHC, New Delhi.
