Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of case FIR No. 1557/2019 dated 30.07.2019 at PS Barpeta, District Barpeta, Asssam under sections 121, 121(A) 7 122 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 25(1A) of Arms Act and section 10 & 13 of the UA(P) Act, 1967 relating to the recovery of one country made revolver and four rounds of live ammunition and arrest of one Hafizur Rahman s/o Rahijuddin r/o village Karagarigaon, Distt Barpeta, Assam and six other accused persons, all of whom are associated with Sahanur Alam @ Md. Sahanur Alom (Charge sheeted accused in NIA Case No. RC-03/2014/NIA/DLI (Burdwan Blast Case)
