Summary of Allegations
The Central Government has received information that a case was registered as FIR No. 05/2019 dated 30.05.2019 at PS State Special Cell (SSOC), Amritsar under section 25 of Arms Act, sections 17, 18, 18B & 20 of UA(P) Act, 1967 and sections 3,4 & 5 of Explosive
Substance Act against 4 persons viz (i) Kulwinderjit Singh @ Khanpuria s/o Sampuran Singh r/o Doraha, District Ludhiana (ii) Ravinderpal Singh s/o Sukhdev Singh r/o VPO Mehna, District Moga (iii) Jagdev Singh s/o Inderjit Singh r/o VPO- Talania, Distt Fategarh
Sahin and (iv) Harcharan Singh S/o Manmohan Singh r/H No. 74-75, Shiram Park, Extension-II, Nangloi, New Delhi for their involvement in planning and conspiracy of terror acts in Punjab.
