Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information that a case was registered as FIR No. 225/2018 dated 03.12.2018, at PS Balumath, District Latehar, Jharkhand under sections 25(1A)/26(2)/35 of Arms Act, section 17(i) (ii) of Criminal Law Amendment Act and section 10/13 of UA(P)Act relating to recovery of several foreign made arms and ammunition from different naxal formations operating in the State.
