Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of case FIR No. 213/2019 dated 13.09.2019 at Police Station Kishtwar, District Kishtwar, J&K, under sections 392, 342 & 120B of Ranbir Penal Code, sections 7 & 27 of the Arms Act, relating to snatching of one INSAS Rifle along with one magazine form SPO Mudasir Ahmed, who was detailed as PSO with the Advocate Nassir Hussain by unknown militants who kept advocate Nassir along with his family and PSO confined in a house. Sections 16, 18 & 23 of the UA(P) Act, 1967 were added subsequently in the case.

The case is under investigation.
