Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of a case FIR No. 345 dated 09.08.2019 under sections 505, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 2(I) VI, 3, 4 of Anti Hijacking Act, 2016 at PS Udyog Vihar, Gurugram relating to a complaint filed by one Vishal Choudhary S/o Sushil Kumar, an employee of Bird Information System, Plot No. 22, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram R/o village Salempur, District Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, regarding a phone call received in his office on 09.08.2019 to the effect that one girl, who has come from Chennai to Delhi, would be planting a bomb in flight bound from Delhi, would be planting a bomb in flight bound from Delhi to Saudi or Dubai.
