Summary of Allegations

The Central Government received information regarding registration of FIR No. 31/2019 dated 08.03.2019 at Police Station Kishtwar, Distrcit Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir under section 392 of the Ranbir Penal Code, 7, 25 & 30 of the Arms Act, relating to snatching of service rifle AK-47 and 03 magazines from HC Daleep Kumar, Belt No. 185/KTR, who was posted as In-charge escort to District Magistrate, Kishtwar by unknown militants, who later fled from the spot. Sections 16, 18, 20 & 23 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967 were added subsequently in the case.
