Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information that a case FIR No. 0519 dated 30.05.2019 was registered at Police Station Sadar, Gurugram, Haryana under sections 34 & 489B of the Indian Penal Code relating to recovery of Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) amounting to Rs. 1,20,00,000/- in denomination of Rs. 2000/- on 29.05.2019 along with other items from the possession of two suspects near Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana.

Present Status of Investigation

Case is Charge sheeted against 02 accused persons under sections 120B, 489B & 489C, Charges framed on 05.10.2019, the case is under Trial/further investigation
