Summary of Allegations
The Central Government has received information regarding registration of a case FIR No. 0013 dated 22.09.2019 at PS State Special Operations Cell, Amritsar, Punjab, under sections 489-A, 489B, 489C & 120B of IPC, section 25 of Arms Act, sections 3, 4 &
5 of Explosive Substances Act, sections 15, 17, 18, 18B and 20 of UA(P) Act and section 52A of Prisoners Act 1984 relating to arrest of four accused persons viz Akashdeep Singh, Balwant Singh, Balbir Singh and Harbhajan Singh along with consignment of Arms,
Ammunition and Explosives at the outskirts of town Chohla Sahib, Tarantaran in Punjab.

The case is under investigation.
