Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of case vide FIR No. 147/2019 dated 16.05.2019 at PS Satgaon, Guwahati (Assam) under sections 121, 121(A), 122 of IPC read with section 25(1B) of Arms Act, 1959 and sections 10, 13, 18, 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 and section 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, relating to recovery of one 9 mm pistol along with 25 rounds of live ammunition, 02 magazines, huge quantity of suspected explosive powder, gelatin, different types of instruments/tools used for preparing IED/Grenade etc. and printed papers/letters/documents etc. of banned ULFA organization, during a search conducted on 16.05.2019 in the rented house and premises of Mrs. Jahnabee Saikia and Sh. Pranamay Rajguru, during the course of investigation of FIR No. 210/2019.
