27 of the Indian Arms Act, sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Sub Act and sections 13(1)(a), 38 (2) & 39 (2) of the UA (P) Act, 1967, regarding Death of Mr. Bheema Mandavi along with 04 Police Personnel in a IED blast by CPI (Maoist), Dantewara, Chhattisgarh.
