Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of FIR No. 39/2019 dated 30.03.19 registered at PS Banihal, District Ramban, Jammu & Kashmir, under Sections 307, 120B, 121, 121A & 124A of Ranbir Penal Code,1989, sections 4 and 5 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908, and sections 15, 16,18 and 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. This case relates to attack on CRPF convoy on 30.03.2019 by some terrorists who exploded a car laden with explosives near Banihal with intention to kill the CRPF Jawans having common criminal intention to wage war against the Union of India and to harm the integrity and sovereignty of Jammu and Kashmir
