Relating to explosion of bombs in the building in the building of PS Maqsudan, Jalandhar Rular, Punjab by four persons namely, (i) Fazal Bashir s/o Bashir Ahmed r/o Ghat Mohala Awantipora District Pulwama, J&K (ii) Sahid Qayoom s/o Abdul Qayoom Ganaiz, r/o Kanzing PS Awantipora, District Pulwama J&K (iii) Mir Rauf s/o Mir Gulam Navi, r/o Mihalla Mirpur Darsara, PS Awantipora, District Puwama, J&K (iv) Umar Ramzan @Gazi, s/o Muhammad Ramzan, r/o Mohalla Tengpora Darsara, PS Awantipora, District Puwama, J&K, with intention to kill police personnel, acting on the directions of Zakir Rashid Bhatt @Zakir Mussa, r/o village Noorpora, District Pulwama, J&K the head of Ansar Gazwat ul Hind (AGH) and Amir Jalal s/o Nazir Ahmed Jalal, r/o Mitpora Darsara, PS Awantipora, District Pulwama, J&K
