Summary of Allegations

Central Government has received information regarding registration of FIR No. 166 dated 10.10.2018 at PS Sadar, Jalandhar, Punjab under sections 121, 121A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 10, 13, 17, 18B, 20, 38, 39 & 40 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, section 25 of Arms Act and sections 3, 4 & 5 of Explosive Substances Act relating to arrest of 03 Kashmiri youths namely, i) Zahid Gulzar S/o Gulzar Ahmed Rather r/o Rajpora, Awantipora, J&K, ii) Yasir Rafiq Bhat S/o Rafiq Ahmed Bhat r/o Noorpora, Awantipora, J&K, iii) Mohammad Idris Shah S/o Abdul Qayoom Shah r/o Bhu, Awantipora, Pulwama, J&K, studying at Jalandhar for their involvement in terrorist activities.
