The Central Government has received information that a case FIR No. 89/2018 dated 12.09.2018 under sections Section 307, 120B, 121 & 123 of RPC, sections 7, 25, 26 & 27 of the Arms Act and sections 16 & 18 of the Unlawful Activities (Preventions) Act, 1967,
relating to firing by some suspected terrorist on police party deployed at Suketar check point, PS Jhajjar Kotti, Jammu resulting in grievous injury to one civilian.
