Summary of Allegations

This Case has been registrered on the complaint of Shri Akshey Shukla son of deceased Ramesh Babu Shukla r/o14/11 Vishnupuri Police Station Naya Gayabasaj Janpath Kanpur Nagar, UP on 24/10/2016 vide FIR No. 884/2016 u/s 302 fo IPC and sections 16(1) (a) of UA(P) Act, 1967 at PS Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar, UP. He alleged that when his father coming back from school at that time some unknown persons shoot him and runaway. He was brought to his father in injured condition to Kanshi Ram Hospital and see that his father was not more. NIA re-registered the case vide MHA order No. 11011/39/2017/IS-IV, dated 17th Nov, 2017.
