The central Government has received information from the Government of Gujarat that a case FIR No. 01/2017 under sections 120B, 121A, & 125 of IPC, sections 13,18,20,38 & 39 of UA(P) Act, 1967 and section 5 of Explosive Substances Act relating to the activities of sympathizers of the Islamic State for Iraq and Syria (ISIS), has been registered on 26.02.2017 at PS ATS, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
