Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information from the Government of Uttar Pradesh that a case FIR No. 02/2017, Dated 08,03,2017 under sections 307, 121A,122,123,124A of IPC, sections 3,4,25,27 of Arms Act and sections 16,18 & 23 of UA(P) Act, 1967 has been registered at ATS Police Station Lucknow UP, regarding encounter with a suspected active member of Islamic State, a banned organization, who was hiding in Haji Colony, Lucknow and suspected to be involved in Bhopal-Ujjain passenger train blast.

The case is under investigation.
