Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received credible information that Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICNs) of the face value of Rs. 3.92 crore were seized during the investigation of a case regarding seizure of FICNs with face value of Rs. 57.16 lakh for which an FIR No. 51/2017 dated 24/02/2017 under section 406, 420, 120B, 489B, 489C of the IPC has been registered in A Division PS, District Rajkot, Gujarat.
