Summary of Allegations

On 01/08/2016 around 04:00 PM the compainant Shri Manjunath who cleans the toilet of court premises while he was waiting for his brother to have cup of tea with him at the court canteen suddenly heard "Dum" sound from inside the Public Toilet and a lot of smoke was coming out from the toilet. Due to this , he ran away from the spot where he was sitting and after sometime lawyer and other Public gathered at the public Toilet and he also joined them and went inside and observed that the Public Toilet walls were broken and window glasses and main door tiles were broken and Roof sheets were also opened and outside the toilet premises there was a Judge car Parked and due to this heavy sound , the branch of the tree was also broken and fallen on the car hence the written complaint was lodge by Shri Manjunath

The case is under further investigation.
