Summary of Allegations

Information has been received by the Central Government that a group of terrorists attacked the Army camp of 30 Rashtriya Rifles in Langate , Handwara , Jammu & Kashmir in the early morning of 06-10-2016 . The army and Special Operation Group of J&K Police Killed three terrorists in the counter operation. In this regard , FIR NO. 388/2016 under section 7,27 of the Arms Act , Sections 307 of the Ranbir Penal Code and Section 16 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967 , has been registered at PS Handwara , Jammu & Kashmir.
