Summary of Allegations

The Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan while adjucating the matter of bail application moved under section 439 of CrPC, by the accused petitioner namely Syed Abid Jalali in case No.647/2014 registered in Shipra Path PS, Distt.Jaipur, Rajsthan under sections 420, 409 and 406 of IPC, received credible information from the counsel for the complainant regarding the association of the said accused with the proscribed terrorist organisation Hijbul-ul-Majahiddin. Accordingly as per the direction of the Hon’ble High Court and subsequent orders from GOI, the instant case is registered to investigate the association of said Syed Abid Jalali with Hizb-ul-Mujahideen.
