Summary of Allegations

One Mohmmad Sirajuddin s/o Mohmmad Sarwar resident of Gulabura, Karnataka and presently residing at Jaipur, Rajasthan is actively associated in promoting the ideology of ISIS and inciting other persons to become member of ISIS through use of online social media forums and exhorting them to indulge in terrorist and anti national activities.

Present Status of Investigation

Charge sheet has been filed on 04.06.2016 against accused Mohammad Sirajuddin s/o Mohammad Sarwar resident of Gulburga , Karnataka under Section 120-B of IPC and Sections 13 , 18 , 38 and 39 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act , 1967 in the Hon'ble court of Special Judge NIA cases at Jaipur , Rajasthan .

Further investigation continues under provision of 173(8) Cr. PC , 1973.
