Summary of Allegation

A terrorist attack to target the personnel and infrastructure at Indian Air Force Base at Pathankot, Punjab, by a group of heavily armed terrorists suspected to be from Pakistan and related to Pakistan based prescribed terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) group, in pursuance of a terrorist conspiracy along with other co-conspirators and handlers, to wage war against the Government of India. The terrorist killed 08 and injured 38 innocent persons in the terrorist attack.
