Terrorist attack in Kokrajhar of Bodoland Territorial Areas (BTAD),Assam.
As per Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs No. 11011/66/2014-IS.IV dated 16/02/2015, National Investigation Agency (NIA) took over the investigation of FIR No. 65/2014 of Serfanguri Police Station, Assam and re- registered the case on 20/02/2015
at NIA Police Station , Guwahati as Case No. RC-01/2015/NIA/GUW under section 120 (B), 121 121 (A), 122,447,326,302,307 of IPC, Section 27 of Arms Act and section 10 & 13 of UA (P) Act.
Summary of Allegations
NDFB (S) cadres enters into a criminal conspiracy to wage war against the Government of India by way of causing grievous injuries with an attempt to kill to 05 persons and further killing 04 innocent people with sophisticated weapons .
