As per Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (IS-IV) Oder No. 11011/67/2013-IS.IV dated 31/10/2013 NIA has taken over the investigation of the FIR No. 361/2013 dated 27/10/2013 of Patna Rail Way Station Police Station, Bihar and re- registered the case on 01/11/2013 at PS NIA, New Delhi as Case No. RC-11/2013/NIA/ under section 324,326,307,120 (B), 121, 121 (A) of IPC, Section 16,18,20 of UA (P) Act and Section 3,4,5 of Explosive Substances Act.
