As per Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Order No. 11011/51/2014-IS.IV, dated – 28/11/2014 a case was registered on 28/11/2014 at PS NIA, Mumbai as Case No. RC-01/2014/NIA/ MUM under Section 125 of IPC and Section 16, 18 & 20 of UA(P) Act.

Summary of Allegations

The case was registered based on the allegation that some Indian youths had joined a banned terrorist organisation, the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant(ISIL) and waged war against Asiatic Powers in alliance with the Government of India and are likely to commit terrorist acts in India.
