FIR No. 98/2008 of PS-Modasa Town Police Station, Gujarat was registered on 30-09-2008. Later, Govt. of India transferred the case to NIA for further investigation.
Accordingly, a Case No.RC-07/2010/NIA-DLI was registered at PS NIA on 29.06.2010, U/S 120 (B), 121(A), 122, 124 (A), 153 (A), 302, 307, 323 IPC and Section 9B (1)
(A) & (B) Explosive Act, Sec. 15, 16, 18, 20 of UA (P) Act and Sec: 135 of Bombay Police Act and Sec. 3, 4, 5, of Explosive substance Act.
Summary of Allegations:
Bomb explosions by terrorists was carried out at a mosque on 29/09/2008 at about 9.25 PM in modassa town, District Sabarkantha, Gujarat.
