FIR No. 04/2011 dated 16.01.2011 was registered at PS
Special Cell, Delhi Police, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi. Later, Govt. of India transferred
the case to NIA for further investigation. Accordingly, the instant case was re-registered
at PS NIA as Case No.RC-06/2011/NIA-DLI dated 25/04/2011.
Summary of Allegations:
Criminal conspiracy to fund terrorist groups operating in
J & K using Hawala channel.
Present Status: Charge sheet filed before the Hon’ble Spl. Judge NIA, Patiala Courts, New Delhi on 20/07/2011 u/s Sec. 13,17,18 & 20 UA(P) Act against 04 accused persons and Supplementary charge sheet was filed before the Hon’ble Spl. Judge NIA, Patiala Courts, New Delhi on 22/12/2011 against 2 accused persons u/s 13, 17, 18 & 20 UA(P) Act on 22/12/2011. The framing of charges is under consideration at the Hon’ble Spl. Judge NIA, Patiala Courts, New Delhi. Further investigation is in progress
